You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed.
Sale items are not eligible for returns; this policy applies only to full-priced items.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For added security, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Return procedure
- Contact our customer service to receive return instructions.
- Return the item in its original condition.
- Once the return is received and validated, we will process the refund within an average of 7 to 14 working days . You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it has been processed.
