How much does delivery cost and when will I receive my order?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the carrier you choose and the delivery method (home or pickup point). An estimated delivery time will be provided when you place your order.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please check for availability at checkout.

Will I have to pay taxes or customs duties?

Depending on your country, taxes and duties may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Please also note that duties, taxes and VAT are not refunded on international returns.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Do you offer returns on sale items?

We do not offer returns on sale items. The standard return policy applies to regular-priced items only.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Contact our customer service for return instructions. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For added security, we recommend choosing a shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure your package is well protected until it arrives.

I received a defective item, what should I do?

If you’ve received a faulty item, please email us at contact@evidencethelabel.fr with photos and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request as soon as possible.

How long does it take to process a return?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible! Our average turnaround time is 7 to 14 business days. Once the return package has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund.

How should I care for my clothes?

To ensure the longevity of your garments, we recommend following these care instructions:

  • Hand wash or machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • After washing, air dry by hanging or laying flat in the shade.
  • Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and harsh detergents, as they can damage the fibers.
  • Do not wring or tumble dry.

Following these care instructions will help preserve the quality of your items and keep them looking their best for longer.

What materials do you use?

The activewear collection is made from high-quality recycled technical fabric, REPREVE® nylon, made from post-industrial waste. This fabric features four-way stretch, an ultra-soft feel, excellent breathability, full opacity, and a flattering, shaping effect.

Are your products ethically produced?

Yes! Each piece is thoughtfully made in small quantities in Bali, in a workshop committed to environmental care and fair labor. Using eco-conscious dyeing and printing methods and prioritizing solar energy, the factory ensures safe and fair conditions for its employees. This approach guarantees sustainable, responsible pieces that are designed to last.
